Deliver the session. Let them choose.
A private gallery for every client, a heart on each photo they love, and a portfolio of the work they agree to show. One studio plan covers all of it, priced by storage.
Most delivery platforms grow into studio suites: a print store, contracts, invoices, email campaigns. GalleryVault does a smaller job. You upload a session, send each client their own private link, and see which photos they select. The same plan keeps a public portfolio of the photos you have permission to show.
One link per client
A session gets a private link for each client you invite, so the couple, their parents and the planner can each mark their own favourites. Selections and notes stay with the client who made them, and you see all of them. When they are done, Copy file names turns a client's picks into a list you can paste into a Lightroom or Capture One search. If you would rather share one link with everyone, turn on the shared link for that session.
Previews that stay marked
Clients and shared links see watermarked previews, and a viewer cannot switch the mark off. Full-size downloads and ZIP exports stay clean, and you decide whether clients can download at all.
When a plan ends
If your studio plan lapses, client viewing and downloads pause. Nothing is deleted: the photos stay in the archive, and your sessions reopen when the plan does.
Photos only
JPEG, PNG, WebP and AVIF stills; video is not supported. Downloads are full-size copies in the same format with their metadata removed, so keep your RAW files and edited masters in your own archive.
Big sessions, delivered in parts
Clients download a whole session as a ZIP. Large galleries come in parts of up to 500 photos, so a full wedding still arrives.
In your clients’ language
Client galleries and your portfolio open in each viewer’s phone language when we have it, and in English otherwise.

Questions people ask
- How is this different from a studio suite like Pixieset?
- Pixieset adds a print store, contracts and email campaigns. GalleryVault does not. It does private proofing, delivery and a portfolio, for one flat price set by how much storage you need.
- Which plan do I need?
- Pick by storage. Every plan has the same portfolio and client gallery features; they differ only in how much they hold.
- Can clients download full-size photos?
- Yes, unless you turn downloads off. Downloads and ZIP exports are not watermarked.
- Are downloads byte-for-byte copies of my files?
- No. Each photo is stored as a full-size copy in the same format with its metadata removed. Keep your camera files and RAWs in your own archive.
- What happens when my plan ends?
- Client viewing and downloads pause, and the photos are kept. They reopen when you start a plan again.
- Can I use my own domain, or send emails from GalleryVault?
- No. Galleries live at galleryvault.app links, and you send each link to your client yourself.
