What to include
- The link to the event or gallery you are writing about.
- The email address you sign in with. For a refund, cancellation or date change, write from that address.
- What happened and what you expected, with a screenshot if it helps.
Payments and receipts
Payment receipts and invoices come from Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. If your question is about a payment, include the order or receipt number. For refunds, see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Guests
If you uploaded photos as a guest and want something changed, ask the event organizer first, since they moderate the gallery. You can also write to us with the gallery link.
Privacy requests
To erase your account and galleries, or to get a copy of your data, email us from the address on your account. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle these requests.
